I have signed up to a few podcasts using itunes before but not yet through googlereader. I was quite impressed by the BBC's site and as a Radio4 fan quickly signed up to the woman's hour Podcast! However, this only gives you one item from the programme each day; I think then I would stick to clicking on "Listen again" from the programme's website....
I found Podcast.com and Podcast Alley quite overwhelming, but good to know about if I could think of something i wanted to hear about.
I eventually found a few "BODcasts" on Podcasts from the University of Oxford, not too many on there, but it was interesting that you could also sign up to the video versions too - "Gems's from the Bodleian library" i found quite amusing!
